Really nice hotel, especially for the price.
It's a shame that some parts are closed due to corona, but it shows how seriously they're taking the situation.
The best part is that they have complementary bottled water for guests. It's a great touch and considering how hot the weather can get in Osaka, it might literally be a life-saver!

Location is excellent. Staff were helpful. Room size is sufficient (just manage your expectations since this is Japan). My room was a little dusty in some areas (lamp, remote control, phone, etc) but the room itself was ok. Bed was firm enough, just the way I like it. Pillows were irritatingly too soft - but I was too tired and was still able to sleep well.
Location of the hotel was superb, right in the middle of Shinsaibasi near a bunch of restaurants and bars. We got a deluxe double room and found it to be surprisingly bigger than expected, with a queen bed. Beautiful view overlooking Osaka. The hot spa was fantastic as well, a great way to unwind after a long day. Staff were friendly and spoke great English, lobby and rooms were well designed and there were many amenities inside the room. Would stay here again!
Enjoyed our stay at Felice and recommend to others looking for a well-located and appointed hotel in Shinsaibashi area. We booked the larger room (by Japanese standards) and it was comfortable. We especially liked all the amenities like the quality toiletries, unlimited bottled water, pyjamas, air freshener etc. The staff are approachable and very helpful. Walking distance to the shopping mall, Family Mart, restaurants, and subway.
