Smart Toilet and Clean bathroom, no complaints. The hotel room is pretty small, can’t open 2 big luggage without sacrificing a part of your bed! Nothing special in the room except for their dolce gusto coffee machine.

Very conveniently located a short walk away from the Dotonbori and Denden Town. This place is very popular with Asian tourists, especially from China.
Overall, very clean and pleasant. Even though I was by myself, my reservation was for two beds so I got a bigger room than I usually get from my other hotels in Japan.
Very convenient location right next to the shop and dine area along Namba Walk, next to Dotombori. Wifi is slow. No air con during winter which can be quite stuffy in room.
I would highly recommend this hotel as the location is excellent. It's right in the heart of a shopping district so it's always busy! Although we had a bit of trouble finding the hotel from the Namba metro (you really need to follow Google map) and finding a lift to get to the ground. The room was super clean and there's a 24 hour shop really close to the hotel so you will shop til late! Would stay here again if we visit Osaka!
