New and modern hotel, clean room with reasonable good size. Excellent location and lot of food options nearby. Friendly and helpful checking in counter staffs. Bath room is relatively big compared with typical hotel in Japan.
A fairly new hotel within walking distance to Namba train station and all the eateries and shopping Malls. A nice clean no frills hotel to come back to after all your sightseeing, business and shopping of the day. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good too.

Was quite disappointed with this hotel after we had stayed in Cross hotel Kyoto. Room is quite small but all equipments are very new.
