I wanted to stay at this hotel. A strange hotel? I have entered the name of the screen and entered the name in check-in. Then an error was displayed and the staff appeared immediately. I checked my name and re-entered the name on the screen again. Then, check-in was completed normally. Why did I get an error? The room was a twin room. Squeeze was a normal semi-double size. The toilet and the bathtub were separated, but the wash basin was in the room. I wanted to work on a laptop computer, but I thought that there was no dedicated desk, so I thought it was not suitable for business use. Nearly, it is a convenient place because there are many convenience stores.
Quick check in. Clean and modern rooms. Very good working AC. The robot doesn't speak English, so I was a bit disappointed. The bed and pillow could be much better for hight modern status of the hotel. Good and smart light sistem and air humidifier provided. And everything organized quite well in a room so I was pretty pleased to stay there. Also they do have TV and iPad with some small entertainment.
5stars - 1. price ( not sure if due to covid or the go to promo)
2.location(if u love streetwear shopping, bape, supreme at nearby orange street area too, some good street food takoyaki, taiwan chicken cutlet n bubble tea also)
3.clean spotless room, the house keeping is great- when u put the “do not disturb” they will put a card to inform u to call for house keeping by 2pm if u need. Love that the shower n bathtub is separate from the toilet bowl.
4.special touch and great service from staff when required
5.the cute dino robot for check in and check out..
Side note- room is not big so big luggages might b a challenge, also not sure if u can leave your luggage for storage if needed
Hotel room was clean, spotless. Check-in is with cool robots, but staff is nearby to help. Air conditioning was easy with the tablets in the rooms. There was enough room for our luggage. There were USB charge ports for our devices in top of the beds. Everything was perfect, would stay again.
A small boutique hotel in the heart of the shipping area of Osaka.
The rooms are small, but very clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I slept very well!
The breakfast is great. Good variety of Japanese and Western. The only let down is the coffee, which is instant and poured out from a thermos flask.
The bizarre thing about this hotel is that the front desk is manned by a pair of robot dinosaurs, Velociraptors to be precise. When you've paid, the raptors will with fangs and claws, bow and say "Arrigato".
