Great location in Umeda. Tiny double rooms. Two large people could not really stay here. The design for the small space is very efficient. I spent some time thinking about whether there could be any space efficiency improvement and the only thing I could dream up was maybe raising the bed off the floor so that one could put luggage under it. THe lobby was shut down due to COVID when we stayed here, so it really was just a tiny cheap room in the center of town. I guess that a room in the nearby Intercontinental is 8 times bigger and 4 times the price, and has to maintain pools, buffets, etc. so in terms of dollar earned per square meter the Nest should be making a nice profit.
When corona like this timing, no breakfast in this hotel. For bedroom is good. The view to outside like in my photo from 7th floor.
Need a thermometer gun at front desk to me sure guest temperatures. Also a pump alcohol on the front desk and at elevators. Just stayed in Taiwan and has this at all buildings, including hotels. Please help in getting this virus under control Nest Hotel. Nice hotel otherwise.
Compare with the Nest Hotel in Hiroshima, i think you guys can do better.
Probably my favourite hotel in Japan so far.
Clean, modern aesthetic. Friendly and helpful staff, room is just the right size for a solo traveller and the low price is just the icing on top
