Amazing hotel. Friendly staff in a very convenient area in Osaka and reasonably priced free drink bar for guest face masks and tea. It was really clean modern and the bath was colourful.
Clean, modern, beautiful art design, friendly staff, wide size room with super reasonable price. Around the hotel many nice cafe and restaurant. Close to Umeda Osaka city center and beautiful river side walk.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff gave us directions to osaka castle and were very kind. Next to the station and beautiful hotel. Free latte's in the morning. Highly recommended. Thank you to the staff!
In 2019 September, I stayed in the royal park canvas in Osaka with my friend. The strong construction smell triggered a terrible allergy in me. I was constantly sneezing and I had a runny nose literally every second. The allergy made every moment in the hotel room extremely painful and unbearable. It is the worst allergy reaction I've ever had in my life. Now I think of it, it's pretty unbelievable since I heard Japan has the most stringent formaldehyde standard. I asked for the help of the hotel manager and staff. Luckily the manager was really polite and nice. Despite that they had rules that windows should not be opened, he still managed to open them slightly for me. It didn't help of course. So I went down to seek help again. And the manager brought me an air-purifier. Unfortunately, the allergy didn't get any better.
Filled with agony, I endured the allergy until the dawn. Then I immediately left the hotel and roamed in the Osaka city for hours waiting for my friend to check out.
The allergy greatly affected my next few days' traveling in Japan since I lost some of my smell temporarily. There's no economic remedy from the hotel. But I do appreciate the staff and the manager's help.
Value for money is top priority for me when traveling. This hotel offers you that. I've booked twice here and it never fails me. It is strategically located just 1 minute (literally) by foot beside Kitahama Station and it has a Family Mart just outside. Room space typical to Japan's standard size hotel rooms. They will give you a small bag upon check-in so you can take whatever you need for the rest of your stay in the hotel which includes, tea, coffee, bathing needs, even facial masks with different variety. Highly recommended.
