Hotel is VERY neat, tidy and clean. Large variety of dishes available for breakfast, catering to western and Japanese tastes.
Bedrooms were very clean, modern and comfortable.
Everyone that worked for the hotel were very helpful, polite and delightful. They took the time to ensure we had everything we needed (in English mind you).
Highly recommended for anyone coming to visit Osaka!
Sorry for the late review but anyway... Stayed here for 2 nights in October 2019 and this hotel exceeded my expectations! Room was spacious with a nice view of the city. Hotel is in a great location close to Osaka Station, restaurants, shopping centers, and more! Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Osaka!
Planned to stay one night, took another one. That was very easy. The staff is super friendly, speaks perfect English and helps you with everything. Rooms are rather small, there is a bath and a sauna. Didnt take the breakfast, which seemed to expensive. Parking is 2000yen per night. Bed is comfortable, the room was clean and the bath was well equipped, it was very small tho. Good stay, acceptable price.
Pros:
1. Walkable distance from Osaka Station — great for us since we arrived from the airport and were headed for Kyoto on the next day
2. Direct underground access from Osaka Station to the hotel — the hotel is just 2 mins away from Exit No. 11-43
3. Lawson convenience store right beside the hotel — with tables & seats
Cons:
Room and washroom was really small. Barely any walking space available within the room.
However, I would personally recommend if you are looking for a convenient location to stay and not bothered about the space.
Very nice hotel with modern interior, very well equipped and comfortable rooms. The rooms could be a bit bigger but as you do not spend too much time there (other than sleeping), it’s alright.
Location is great too, Osaka station is just 8 minutes, Osaka metro lines are only a few minutes away. Convenient store on the ground floor. Restaurants are around the building.
