New spacious, comfortable hotel that is very reasonably priced.
However, after a long day of exploring Osaka and not setting an alarm, woke up 30 minutes before checkout. Asked for late checkout, this is with a basically completely empty hotel, not a single soul there. Was rejected and told its 3000 yen. Every other hotel in the world doesn’t even think twice about providing this. Why would you not provide such a marginal service that is at most a tiny inconvenience for the hotel. So disappointing
New hotel everything is new. Location wise, it's within the shopping district of Shinsabashi and close to many different restaurants. If you travel with lots of luggage it is a little cumbersome using the metro to get to the hotel. However, once you know your way it becomes very easy.
Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. I stayed in a triple room with my family and have enough space for 2 large suitcase plus room to move around. I particularly like the bathroom, it comes with a bathtub if you want to relax or the shower to freshen up. The bathroom is big and comes with everything you need.
Staffs are friendly, and are good in English. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Osaka. Recommended
Clean and well equipped hotel within walking distance to a subway station. The hars rock cafe and a 7eleven are right around the corner. The elevator situation is a little strange but it's not really bothering. I would recommend it.

Fantastic location, close to the train station and Shinbayashi is only a short walk. I would definitely recommend and also stay here again.
