We stayed in late December 2019. Excellent service, clean modern rooms with an outstanding breakfast fare. Would highly recommend and would come back.
This hotel is planned in every details! We enjoyed hot spring. It felt so good. The room was clean and comfortable. About facilities, You should be surprised you can have anything you need.
Foods were great, room was comfy and clean, staffs were friendly, everything was perfect until I checked out... I left something behind in the room so I asked front desk a female staff if she could help me to go back to the room and she wasn’t really happy to do so, with a rude face. That time wasn’t busy at all and I think she has no idea she’s doing customer service job. Should improve it
Stayed at this Dormy Inn in Dec 2019.
This is not a “premium” Dormy Inn but it has free alcohol drinks from 7pm to 9pm every evening besides the usual onsen and free ramen from 9:30pm to 11pm.
Location is 5 min from nearby underground station and 10 min walk to Osaka Castle!
Hotel also provided shuttle bus service to Shinsaibashi and Namba station from 8am to 12am at half hour interval.
Enjoyed staying here very much.
Highly recommended!!
