Photos made it look like a hotel style with interior rooms, but it's motel style with exterior entry so that was a surprise. Was mostly clean and acceptable for the price. They did not have any staff for daily service of the room, but for my 2 night stay that didn't bother me. The drawers were broken, so I couldn't store away clothes, but again with a short stay it's ok. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds get really hot because of waterproof mattress pads, so keep the thermostat cold, but the AC worked good. Would really have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, though. Oh, and, the cable didn't work, had some weird lag. So that sucked, glad my kid had a tablet. But, I feel like overall was a fair deal.
I watched the is Holet on a show called Holet Impossible. Season 6 episode 3and I it was nasty. I would never stay there. I see the holet come up And I was looking for hotels and saying that they changed their name from Anice inn to I-Drive Grand Resort and Suites. I would not stay there at all.
Rooms were nice. Front desk service was great. Housekeeping was around but when asked for towels, coffee, shampoo, conditioner they never delivered. Had to go to the front desk two days in a row to get towels because even after talking to a housekeeper about needed towels they never brought them. Hotel had jacuzzi but it wasn't open. Heated pool was not heated. The restaurant/grill opened only Thursday through Friday. Got a great price but my experience could have been much better.

This is one of the Universal Hotels. The hotel is beautiful. I had a basic room with two queen beds. The room was ample in size, decorated nicely and clean.
The hotel is like any of the larger ones in Orlando, pricey. You do however get what you pay for.
They offer spa services, room service, pet friendly. There is a bar, restaurant, coffee bar. They have a self-park parking garage you pay per night or valet parking paid per night at the hotel. They have a water taxi or bus shuttle that will take you to City Walk or one of the Universal Parks.
All in all its a nice place to stay.
LOVED our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also give you a phone number you can text with any questions which was very convenient. The location can't be beat. Plenty of dining options that are actually reasonable prices. And the hotel itself and rooms are gorgeous. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. And I must say I am a fan of the split bathroom layouts at Disney resorts.
Gave it 4 stars. Would give it 5 if they updated the sofa in the suites. They just look really old and dirty. Everything else seems good and kept up. Good place to stay in Orlando. Clean pool, have a bar and food. Pool table and air hockey. Small fitness center which was nice for me to use the treadmill. I like that they have balconies!
Stayed here for a week and will definitely reserve again.
Rooms were super cute and extremely clean. All the common areas were extremely clean and well maintained and staffed. All staff was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again. Transportation to the parks was super easy. Next time I will book for more days so that we can do more things at the hotel also. We didn't have time to hang out by the lazy river and pool or eat dinner and bowl at the hotel because we spent so much time in the parks and only stayed 1 night
