Beautiful views and scenery. An amazing pool, hot tub, and slide. Great restaurants and food. The staff is very courteous and friendly, and the rooms are comfortable for a hotel.
My only complaint would be the pillows. They are small and flat, with no real cushion or support. Spending an extra 20$ @ target would save so much back and neck pain that it would be worth it in the end.
Awesome Hotel, front desk representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean, organized and the house keeping crew are the best. The Valet guys are the real MVP's. Valet fee is RIDICULOUS, It should be free or something reasonable. The AC unit could be better, other than that its great.
My cousin had his wedding here and it was absolutely breathtaking! The food and service was on point and the stay was amazing. Very excited to be staying here for my anniversary in two weeks. I was lucky enough to have the best in class customer service from Bobby Raquel who helped me secure the perfect room for a very special week. He was so kind and welcoming and he makes me feel like family! I am really looking forward to my upcoming stay with the Hyatt, they go above and beyond to make us feel special no matter where the hotel or country.
This is a beautiful resort hotel. It's worth every dollar they charged me. Great location. Very cheerful and helpful employees. Shout-out to Siji for her assistance.
I love the avocado salad at the B-Line restaurant on the property.
The rooms are clean and all the amenities in the room are updated.
Room was great. However, I chose this property because it is a Hyatt Regency and I was hoping for a restaurant and bar. No valet. No restaurant or bar. I was offered a sandwich. Didn't want a sandwich. Also, was not happy about paying $27 to park myself. Hyatt is my favorite property. I was disappointed with this stay.
