Rooms were nice. Front desk service was great. Housekeeping was around but when asked for towels, coffee, shampoo, conditioner they never delivered. Had to go to the front desk two days in a row to get towels because even after talking to a housekeeper about needed towels they never brought them. Hotel had jacuzzi but it wasn't open. Heated pool was not heated. The restaurant/grill opened only Thursday through Friday. Got a great price but my experience could have been much better.
We liked the location very convenient and the room wasn’t horrible but the front desk service was the worst. We were on vacation from out of town and the bank unknowingly put a hold on our credit cards and the lady instantly went from being polite to being incredibly rude and accusing us of being thief’s. Sadly we probably will just find a different hotel next time. The only reason for the two stars is because I liked the location but the customer service ruined it not to mention the mediocre rooms.
I am currently staying at this location and upon arrival it started off bad for several reasons because a few simple issues built up into a TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE, HOWEVER THIS is an amazing beautiful affordable CLEAN peaceful place and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone because the management Team and staff allowed me to vent and patiently WAITED for me to finish they are very caring and understanding of everything. They did everything in their power to not only rectify the situation but cared about my personal life situation enough to go above and beyond. Thank you for caring about people! I'll always be a customer!!!
We only stayed one night. It was cool. Very convenient to food places and shopping. I wish we could have gotten the suite with the pull out couch but the stay was nice. It was very busy.
