Very nice place. First time here. There's a Starbucks in the lobby. The bar is nice and serves food till 11pm. All empty rooms have a sticker showing it was cleaned. Huge, soft beds. At check in you get a cookie and water. There's a fridge in the room and a makeup mirror in the bathroom along with a coffee maker and hair dryer. Check out my pics and videos for more info.
The rooms were spacious and clean. There were a lot of nice amenities to the room, like a light up magnifying mirror, nice hair dryer and comfy lounge chair. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful throughout the stay. My only complaint was the elevators. There were 3 and it only seemed like one worked at a time, and the surprise $50.00 PER DAY hold for incidentals. It's probably the only thing that will keep me from coming back. Even the resorts in Universal dont charge such an excessive fee.
I really enjoyed my stay with you guys. Ben, Hendrick, Sharod, and Jennifer were so helpful! I felt at home and cared for as well. I want to give a shout out to HOUSEKEEPING as well for being speedy when I needed something! Thanks everyone!!! :)
I find it hard to believe that so many people gave this hotel favorable ratings. Everything is old and out dated. Everything = carpet, furnishings, over all decor. Stairwells in parking garage needs extreme painting. We stayed here for a soccer showcase. We the restaurant would be open in the morning for breakfast when we checked in. Nope. So we found some nice places in College Park area. Great area. Parking was expensive. Lastly, there were no laundry services ,no microwave in the room and $5 bottled water in the sundries shop. never again. The additional star was given to the staff who were generally pleasant.
Wonderful facility, loved the various unique rooms. The triangle of glass in the corner rooms provided a beautiful view of downtown Orlando. Our rooms were very clean and ready to go. The best part of the stay was the way folks went above and beyond. Special thanks to Jennifer for helping keep us straight and together. Appreciation to entire desk team for making everything easy and always being so accommodating.
