This hotel was amazing!! had so many amenities. It had a kid area, had Putt-Putt, ping pong, pool table, life-size Checkers and the Saturday night we spent they had a movie under the stars! We love that they were dog friendly and enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning! it was also walking distance from SeaWorld and 10 minutes away from Disney and Universal. It was a perfect location. the staff was incredibly nice, and very accommodating. we asked if we could do a late check-in 30 minutes before we had to check out. And they said that was not a problem and gave it to us without any hassle.
This is a huge spread of a resort that offers a great getaway for family or lovers alike. Great pools with a patio bar as the main attraction at the Feature pool. And if your staying in one of the villas, the family themed rear pool is a fun filled time for all. With everything From giant checkerboard to put-put golf and an arcade surrounding the pool. My pics are of the rear pool. And a must reserve is the Junior King Suite for Honeymooners and livers alike. Bar none the best room yo and down International Drive. Hope you enjoy as much as I have
This was not what I expected from a Hilton Hotel. I should have known that the price was too good to be true and this was definitely a budget hotel. We stayed at building 15 on the second floor and there wasn’t an elevator. The stairs were steep and it was difficult carrying up heavy luggage. There was a layer of dust and grime on the window outside but inside it was okay. The water has a stronger Florida water smell than any other hotel in Florida that I have stayed at. The shampoo was terrible and my daughter was glad that I brought shampoo because she had to wash her hair over again in the morning. The pools were far away from where we were staying and way to crowed to enjoy. The food was edible but not great or even good. The free breakfast that came with the room was a continental breakfast. The day we were there, the restaurant only offered a BBQ for dinner. The business center is closed but on the day of check out I finally found someone that was able to print out the tickets we needed by sending them an email. The noise level was terrible. The best thing I could say about the hotel is that the staff was friendly.
Would give half a star or zero stars. Put it simply it's 1 star service with 3 star amenities. The bartenders were great loved them. Housekeeping didn't keep a stock of anything but towels on them. They'll tell you to call the front desk. Call the front desk, no answer. The 3 times we called front desk they never picked up. Customer service in general 0. Food was good except dinner. Their steak and fish plates were cooked by an amateur at best. Also went 3 days without a shower curtain! 3 days! If you're looking to stay in the area just don't stay here.
I would definitely recommend staying in the tower. We had a dog so we got a mediocre room. It needs some updating and a few things fixed. LOTS of great amenities on site! There was Two pools (that were open) a hot tub, a walk up barefoot bar, backyard games, even mini golf! The restaurant on site has the absolute nicest staff! We even took advantage of the laundry mat on site! Just an all around great stay.
