The room was so clean and spacious. The breakfast was a lot of food and great quality. The property location in downtown and the views were perfect. Everything was walking distance. The employees were so professional and accommodating. It was affordable but felt like a luxury hotel. Would definitely recommend to others. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Steven who was the agent that checked us in and out it was a great experience.
Perfect hotel experience. The suites are spacious and comfortable. The staff is professional and gracious, particularly the gentlemen who assisted with baggage at check out time, and the housekeepers who maintain a high level of sanitation. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding with MTO omelets daily. The courtyard lobby is a great place to gather and they host a happy hour with player piano music and drinks. Extremely accommodating of special needs guests and service animals. One of the best hotels I've stayed at coast to coast. I would love to stay here again if business brings me back to Orlando.
Hotel is ok. Most of the staff are not friendly. Rooms are not properly cleaned. Found hair in bathtub, and leftover food from previous guest in sink. The rooms are a decent size. However, I did purchase the connect room once we arrived for extra space. The front deck older woman gave me the run around, she made it seem like to add it to my original booked stay I would only be able to use a credit card for any add ins..so I had to make an immediate $500 payment and request my funds be available immediately.. which took some time and a lengthy phone call.. to only go back down stairs and be able to used my debit card to add the room. So that was aggravating. Also the guest before us must have went grocery shopping ..found left over snacks in a Target bag under the sink by the fridge. The pull out couch had chips on the cover.. I could go on and on but nonetheless the hotel was not horrible.. however, if you have concerns about cleanliness than I would possible consider another hotel if I were you.
This hotel was great. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The room was great. The staff were great. We were there for my daughters wedding at the Citrus club. The location of the hotel was less than a mile. Love it! Will be back.
From the check in experience through breakfast and happy hour, the hotel is great. Pleasant staff from front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. A clean room and all one could ask for, particularly during a pandemic.
