LOVED our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also give you a phone number you can text with any questions which was very convenient. The location can't be beat. Plenty of dining options that are actually reasonable prices. And the hotel itself and rooms are gorgeous. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. And I must say I am a fan of the split bathroom layouts at Disney resorts.
Fantastic resort!! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come visit again. You simply cannot beat the quality of service and extras you receive while staying here. The ferry is fun. The walk is beautiful. Food was delicious. Room was comfortable and cozy. You could see staff members regularly cleaning all the high traffic areas. Everything about our stay was excellent.
Loews Royal Pacific Resort was wonderful. Staff was very attentive, lobby and restaurants were very clean. Club Staff were great. We would love some more diverse options in the lounge though. The Sofa bed in one of Hospitality Rooms on the club level does need some repairs. Great time, and we will be back! The location can’t be beat for City Walk and Islands of Adventure!
We always stay on property at Universal Orlando Resort, particularly one of the 3 premier resorts to reap the unlimited express pass offered at the parks. It really changes your entire experience. I wish the refillable cups would work at the resorts as well . You shouldn’t have to buy a separate cup at your hotel to fill up at freestyle. We mostly attend for big events such as the holiday events. We have tried staying off property and it’s just not the same. While Royal pacific is just as nice as the other two resorts, the standard rooms seem to be the smallest. The quality of the food and service is just as good . You can use the water taxi or walk to the parks. It’s about a 10 minute walk which I don’t mind . We will be back!
Our expectations were greatly exceeded. We just wanted to feel Safe Enough, but Loews went above and beyond. They did an INCREDIBLY job of finding ways to provide the highest possible level of service, while maintaining a SAFE atmosphere. I felt safer at the resort than I had ANYWHERE except my own home in the last several months. Our family was prepared to make a LOT of effort to remain safe while we were there - and they did it for us. We were absolutely blown away by the cleanliness and the safety procedures in place, I simply can not say enough.
