The hotel was BEAUTIFUL, Comfortable, and amazing. Service was top notch when it suited their liking. They have an amazing military discount so cudos to them.
The front entrance is very difficult to find and don't let a tour bus or two block the drive you will never get in. When I mentioned this to the front desk she said "they are almost done". It was truly unsafe.
The bar and restaurant are pricey but worth it. Valet too$29. The valet also were not fast with our luggage we had to call for a reminder.
I would try this place for the experience. If you are ever in downtown Orlando take notes on the cons but stay for the pros.
I was just delivering food so I didn't stay there but it's very nice. Valet let me leave car in circle real quick. Right in downtown. Nice views. Very fancy. You're special and pampered at this one! There's a restaurant on site and you have to use hotel card room key in order to use elevator so it's safe. Also might spot some famous athletes or celebrities here.
This is a beautiful place.
My rating is a 1 star. I had issue with the room key every time I went in the room. Had to get a new key so like let's see like 7 keys. Unacceptable
No remote for the TV so couldn't watch it. unacceptable. Food in restaurants took long and was cold..Will not be stay here again. NO THANK YOU
Attended Sunday brunch. You can eat as much as you like but there is an additional fee if you want more crab legs or oysters. You select your food from a menu and they bring it to your table. No walking to the buffet unless you're getting dessert. Wear a mask. Was much better before pandemic. Loved the ambiance and entertainment!
This place is beautiful and opulent the people here are so kind and helpful but I can only give this property 3 stars because the music across the street at Doctor Phillips is so loud it is rattling the pictures on the wall. I cannot even hear the television set. Last night this went on until 11:00 p.m. which for many is still early unless you have to get up at 5 o'clock a.m. for a 7:00 a.m. meeting. I realize the motel is not responsible for what goes on across the street however there should be a disclaimer to those who are staying here that the music will be loud and can be distracting and annoying. I'm literally sitting here now trying to watch dateline and I can't even hear what they're saying because of the music across the street.
