Photos made it look like a hotel style with interior rooms, but it's motel style with exterior entry so that was a surprise. Was mostly clean and acceptable for the price. They did not have any staff for daily service of the room, but for my 2 night stay that didn't bother me. The drawers were broken, so I couldn't store away clothes, but again with a short stay it's ok. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds get really hot because of waterproof mattress pads, so keep the thermostat cold, but the AC worked good. Would really have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, though. Oh, and, the cable didn't work, had some weird lag. So that sucked, glad my kid had a tablet. But, I feel like overall was a fair deal.
Rooms are nice and clean. Won't lie the beds are a little stiff but for 50 a night cant complain at all. Beautiful view nice people warm pool. Great price great stay
We are on our fourth and final night of our first time to Florida, and we have had a great time! The entire staff, from the front desk to breakfast at the Splash Bar, to housekeeping is very friendly and attentive! Those driving the shuttle to and from Disney were so nice, and never left us waiting. We will definitely stay here again!
I had several issues with this hotel. 1. The website said free parking. When I got there-I had to pay $9/day for a week ($63.00) for parking! 2. One of the beds were broken. 3. The drawers in the bureau kept jamming. 4. The shower kept going cold. 5. The doorknob to the bathroom handle was falling off ( the desk clerk was told about it and nothing was done). 6. You had to call from 8-9 am for housekeeping. It’s not done automatically. 7. The pool was closed down for a day. 8. They did not replenish pool towels for people who were swimming in the pool. Good thing we brought ours from the hotel! 9. Some mornings there was no grab and go breakfast ( due to covid).10. The ice machine was out of service the whole time I was there. 11. There was construction going on so getting in and out of the hotel parking lot was rough. 12. I saw 2 towels that had black, long hair on them. Yes they tied them up in a nice fashion but please remove the hair. That’s just gross and not professional. 13. The remote batteries were dead. 14. There was gross, brown drippings on the wall next to the headboards that look like it’s been there forever (a stain). 15. The headboards were disgusting looking. They could have used a good cleaning!
The only good thing that I can say is: they provided cruelty-free shampoo/conditioner/lotion products which I believe all hotels should be doing. Animals suffer enough.
Courteous staff, good coffee, clean rooms. I let the clerk know I was gluten intolerant when we checked in but didn't get a great breakfast. It wasn't multiple choice anyways. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a wonderful night's rest (good mattress/pillow).
