This is a really good hotel in my opinion comparing to the crowne plaza by universal I say the downtown location is better. I got to stay in the Presidential suite and it was super awesome..... even though it is a bit much for one person it’s still nice. I also wanted to give a shout out to Eric and Christina they are both the best. May God bless them all.
Nice hotel. Older but kept up nicely.
The King suite is awesome.

I stayed over on a business trip. 10th Floor King bedroom. Decent sized room, nice bed, lounge area with an L-shaped couch. The hotel was quiet, and comfortable. Our staff interactions were great, from arrival, to check-in, to departure. The rooms are nicely appointed and tastefully decorated. Our room was clean. For our purposes the location was perfect. There are many nice restaurants within a 10-15 minute driving distance. Great experience!
Room was nice & friendly staff. There was a double payment issue due to the travel agent we booked through...but Roberto went out of his way to make sure it was corrected. Will definitely stay here again!
