I wish I could give it more stars. They have done an excellent job at the entrance but they kinda forgot about the rooms. Quite important. Their hallways look really dated. They should replace all carpets ASAP. The room is a combination of trying to make it nicer but they are lacking key elements like replacing the carpet. Old furniture. Their blankets are A+ though. I went last week and they didn’t have breakfast, jacuzzi was closed, so I feel like they should lower their prices. I feel I overpaid. Their pool is heated. That’s nice! It’s open until 10 pm. You can swim u see the moonlight
For price, definitely worth it! Staff is so uplifting and my partner booked just ONE night and it made our trip already! Unique art pieces, architecture and centrally located between several restaurants and right next to ICON Park! No complaints here just a lot of fun!
Staff was very friendly, we were going to Universal Studios for Harry Potter and this one was the best choice I could find for an affordable price! It had a modern whimsical feel and the bed was comfortable. Bar tender on Sat night made great drinks too! Thanks ☺️
The lobby is very nice but once you get up to the rooms you forget the level of hotel you are staying at. It seems rather dated and not quite up to the standard of what you'd expect. I hear they will be renovating it soon so these things likely won't be a problem for long. The staff was very friendly and accommodating which is always nice.
We continue to stay at the Castle for the excellent location, affordability, and the amazing staff at breakfast. We have stayed stayed this property three or four times and the staff recognizes us especially Sam. He remembered what we like to order for breakfast and that our daughter loves to use a straw with her cold drinks.
The cleaning staff is friendly also the front desk. Maybe next time I visit, I’ll come in the capacity as a blogger and experience a more in depth stay to blog about.
