Gave it 4 stars. Would give it 5 if they updated the sofa in the suites. They just look really old and dirty. Everything else seems good and kept up. Good place to stay in Orlando. Clean pool, have a bar and food. Pool table and air hockey. Small fitness center which was nice for me to use the treadmill. I like that they have balconies!
The hotel was cleaner than most. The staff was friendly. The room was a decent size for 2 people. The bed was uncomfortable, lopsided and flat but we didn't complain as we had just left another resort for many other problems and finding a hotel during spring break last minute was not very easy. Our over all experience was good. We requested towels and waited till midnight for them to not be delivered. We tried to pick them up at the desk but they insisted they bring them to the room. Finally called down and told them to forget about. After leaving the resort we were at we just wanted a clean place to sleep. So for that it was decent and I would probably stay again depending on the circumstances of our trip.
Flew in from San Diego and stayed here for five nights but was originally here for three. Adding on the additional two nights was easy and effortless. Had a great time visiting for my friend's wedding. Room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was always really neat whether it was day or night. The hotel was centrally located to all the sights and things my significant other and I ended up doing throughout the trip. Bed was very comfy and I was always well rested waking up. Loved the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Very relaxing. Also, loved how warm the swimming pool was and that the hotel gym was open and clean.
What you see is not what you get. If this hotel were an apartment complex it’d be the projects. The room smelled of dense cigarette smoke, the shower did not drain properly, there were visible dirt spots on the wall and doors. I would not recommend this location, the lobby is nice, but the rooms do not have the same aesthetic or appeal. I checked out ahead of the the end of my vacation to lodge elsewhere.
We have stayed here twice within 3 months and each experience was wonderful. Great views of Orlando and at night the views are photo worthy Great place to stay as a couple or a family on vacation in Orlando.
The Staff are so nice super professional and will accommodate your needs without any hassle.
