Another suggestion, if you have people staying long term than move them to one side of the hotel & those visiting on the other side. We had someone next to us who always played music at 7:30 a.m.
Another suggestion is tell people to smoke their weed outside because the hallways smell of it. Nothing against weed just goes against 'no smoking' signs.
On a positive note, the pool area is nice and secluded with the palm trees. I enjoyed hanging out there! The staff was nice!
I was celebrating my nieces birthday and thought this was a great location. When we arrived at 5 they told us the junior suites were not ready yet when we were told they would be ready between 3 and 4 pm. Shortly after, we were able to get the rooms however you could easily tell the linens were not changed and had stains on them. The towels and the tables weren’t clean either. After requesting new linen and towels, the evening guy was rude. Trash was piled up by the elevator on the second floor. I couldn’t believe we spent 125 dollars a night and stayed two nights. I was trying to be understanding. Maybe they were short staffed. Saturday was a new day and we wanted to relax by the pool which isn’t all that at all. When we stepped outside there was a garden hose putting water in the pool. Absolutely a poor establishment. Heavy police activity and fire fighters entered the hotel. The front desk guy would not give any information and everyone was scared. Sunday morning I had about had it with this place. When I asked for management, they said Alex is out of town and did nothing to-compensate our terrible stay. I am still trying to get my money back. They also stated on the website that you must give 100 dollars deposit when you check in. I did not do that nor did the guy ask but I have traveled all around the world and have never had to pay a deposit in cash only. That surely was a red flag and we should have found another place. I would not stay here even if it was free!
Good experience. Sad how most people will only take the time to review when something wasn't perfect. Price was fantastic and all around service was good from everyone we had contact with. It's not the Ritz, but a great value for the budget. Clean, quiet and safe. Great location to everything, plenty of parking, drop someone in your party off at the front to open the rear entry door which is locked most of the time. Thank you for making are vacation go smooth.
They had awesome hot water. The rest a visit from the orange county sheriff department will discover many things it may need a warrant. Will never stay again ever. Also if a hotel is requiring your ID or you are NOT able to stay. Please make sure a red flag.
I stayed in the room for several days because I had just moved to Orlando and I was trying to find an apartment. I informed the agent that my hot water and heater were not working. She sent a maintenance guy who did not understand English. She ended up giving me a blanket which didn’t help cause I had to take a shower in cool water in a Cold room. Of all times Orlando was COLD.
I killed 6 roaches in the room. I realize the rooms are not expensive, BUT at least act as though you care.
