Wonderful hotel! The location is great and the hotel itself is very clean, nice & modern! The staff is very sanitary and the house keepers do a great job at keeping the rooms clean and sterilized. The balcony rooms have a great view of the pool, I actually visited the pool area while staying here and it was lovely! This was my first time staying at this hotel while on business trip and will definitely come back here next time I am in the area! Highly recommend!!
Lazy river was awesome! Needed a little maintenance however.
Great pool and service. Loved the lazy river and hot tub. Rooms where nice but we just slept there so that was fine. We enjoyed the food by the pool and the restaurants in house where very good. It’s centrally located so very easy to get around. I liked it so much I tried to get my job to put me up there when I had to go down to FL for another convention.
Excellent!! The gentleman that checked us in at the reception I think his name was Bobby was absolutely fabulous. I am the employer of over 15 people and I would really like to know how to keep a person that positive smiley and generous towards guests. that was really the nicest welcome we got in a hotel ever.
Other than that the hotel is fantastic, kept in very very well conditioned huge area for pools hot tubs fire pits and everything you may want for your Orlando visit!! I am definitely not going to any other hotel in my next Orlando visit.

Astonishing hotel with great views and an amazing pool. Downside is the rooms carpet very old, filled with dust, and it was wet. The breakfast was supposed to be a intercontinental buffet but was substituted with grab and go (granola bar and banana). The service was spectacular.
