Booked this hotel at the last minute. What a wonderful surprise. Checked in at 9am. Sea world is located directly across the street. We parked the car and walked across the street. Perfect. Came back at 8pm and had our luggage taken to our room. Everyone we had contact with was amazing and over the top.
Hotel was the cleanest we have ever experienced. Food was great. Pool area and play area for the grand children was a blast and clean. Main area of the hotel was modern and really nice to walk around and spend a relaxing day. Plan on going back for a weekend to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.
Beautiful, clean, and very scenic hotel. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond our expectations. This trip was planned as an anniversary getaway, but what I didn't know was that my boyfriend secretly planned a proposal. He told me that working with Brittany and Robert was a very smooth process. They made sure his decorations were hidden safely and even went the extra mile to decorate the room based on a picture he provided!!! WOW!!! The bartender Tiffany was great as well and took care of us whenever we stopped by the bar. Would recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, customer service, and its proximity to all tourist attractions! We will be back! Thank you again everyone!
Absolutely loved this hotel. The customer service was exceptional. The hotel itself was very nice and so pretty. We've been to quite a few hotels the last couple weeks and the room we had here was much cleaner than anywhere else. I felt much more comfortable staying here during the pandemic. Fantastic experience
Thank God this hotel had some last minute availability for spring break as we had a terrible experience at Lake Buena Vista and needed another place ASAP. The hotel has a beautiful atrium, good customer service, nice rooms (very clean, and most with an atrium balcony), and great pool area w/kiddie splash park. The pool amenities are close together, but spaced enough that you don’t feel like people are crammed on top of you as I’ve experienced elsewhere. Bar food and service is great, too. We’ll be back.
Edited review. I had an amazing stay the first time as to why I re-booked. The second stay is the reason I will not be returning. I returned during spring break. The wait to check in was over an hour because there was ONE staff member at the front. When we finally made it to our room and down to the pool, the line to order drinks/food was just as long because of the same problem. I went back to the room and filled a cooler with drinks since I have little children, only to be told. “Sorry you can’t bring a cooler to the pool”. When I complained to the manager at the front desk later, she told me that she was sorry but they were short staffed. So because of their staffing, I can’t bring a cooler with drinks, but I have to wait in line for an hour? The next day was just as much a joke. They didn’t have any pool towels. I canceled my second night and thankfully they allowed me to do so without any issues. I feel that as a nice resort, they should have planned better with their staffing and accommodations. And if they knew their staff would be short, they shouldn’t have the right to tell guests they can’t bring their own coolers with juice and water it in. Unbelievable. Being a local guest especially, I know there is so much competition in Orlando, that there is just ok excuse for this.
