1 Eo Inn

Always a pleasant stay. Very quiet hotel and clean. The hotel itself is a little old but that’s part of the charm. With adapting to the pandemic the coffee and water station in the lobby is removed however it would be nice to include bottled water in the room for this adjustment.
2 Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando, Autograph Collection

images
I was just delivering food so I didn't stay there but it's very nice. Valet let me leave car in circle real quick. Right in downtown. Nice views. Very fancy. You're special and pampered at this one! There's a restaurant on site and you have to use hotel card room key in order to use elevator so it's safe. Also might spot some famous athletes or celebrities here.
3 Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection

images
For price, definitely worth it! Staff is so uplifting and my partner booked just ONE night and it made our trip already! Unique art pieces, architecture and centrally located between several restaurants and right next to ICON Park! No complaints here just a lot of fun!
4 The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes

images
Fantastic hotel. Quick check-in. The room was nice. A very pretty property with many conference rooms. Pool is large, with a comfortable temperature and a deepest area of about 4 1/2 feet. Small playground was fun for the kids. They have a variety of things available to do, such as falconry. One of my children had a birthday, and they left some cupcakes and a teddy bear while we were out. Requested additional coffee cups...they were there in a flash with cups, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.
Would definitely stay again
5 Hyatt Regency Orlando

images
Beautiful views and scenery. An amazing pool, hot tub, and slide. Great restaurants and food. The staff is very courteous and friendly, and the rooms are comfortable for a hotel.
My only complaint would be the pillows. They are small and flat, with no real cushion or support. Spending an extra 20$ @ target would save so much back and neck pain that it would be worth it in the end.
6 Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

images
Rooms were super cute and extremely clean. All the common areas were extremely clean and well maintained and staffed. All staff was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again. Transportation to the parks was super easy. Next time I will book for more days so that we can do more things at the hotel also. We didn't have time to hang out by the lazy river and pool or eat dinner and bowl at the hotel because we spent so much time in the parks and only stayed 1 night
7 Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando

images
Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Easy access via water taxi or a manageable walk to/from parks. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Food was delicious. Rooms were clean with the most comfortable beds! The early park admission and express unlimited passes were must-have perks. You won't regret your stay at the Portofino Bay!
8 The Delaney Hotel

images
If you go here make sure to upgrade to suit because otherwise you’ll have to deal with thin walls and noise from outside. The Parking is hard to find at first located a street before the hotel. The service was amazing, but specially because of the receptionist Paige. She was so helpful and made me feel safe and happy with my stay. She was kind and knowledgeable.
The suit room is beautiful and extremely clean. But the other rooms had thin walls and I was able to hear almost everything.
4 stars due to the noise level and the thin walls, other than that it was a good place.
Good stay.
9 The Courtyard at Lake Lucerne

Amazing venue! The staff is super friendly and the style is awesome. I've been here a few times and left each time wanting to come back. Great place to host and go to events!
10 Rosen Shingle Creek

images
A beautiful place to stay. Our vacation did not start well with the Inn I reserved in Cocoa beach. Left the first day, and made reservations to Rosen Shingle creek, for few hundred dollars less than the first place, and it over exceeded any hardship I incurred in the beginning of our trip. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is beautiful. I love the spa, the staff and services are phenomenal. View from our 10 story room is amazing, over looks Orlando, the hotels three pools and golf course. Close to shopping and recreation. Very nice area. Cannot wait to come here again with my husband for our second anniversary. Definitely recommend to my family and friends.
11 The Point Hotel & Suites

images
Gave it 4 stars. Would give it 5 if they updated the sofa in the suites. They just look really old and dirty. Everything else seems good and kept up. Good place to stay in Orlando. Clean pool, have a bar and food. Pool table and air hockey. Small fitness center which was nice for me to use the treadmill. I like that they have balconies!
12 Best Western Orlando Gateway Hotel

images
Rooms were nice. Front desk service was great. Housekeeping was around but when asked for towels, coffee, shampoo, conditioner they never delivered. Had to go to the front desk two days in a row to get towels because even after talking to a housekeeper about needed towels they never brought them. Hotel had jacuzzi but it wasn't open. Heated pool was not heated. The restaurant/grill opened only Thursday through Friday. Got a great price but my experience could have been much better.
13 Hard Rock Hotel

images
This is by far the BEST way to visit Universal Orlando. The hotel is beautiful and has activities for all members of the family however it is the customer service that brings this to the next level. Like all Universal hotels they text you and you are able to text the front desk directly. We asked for some additional supplies for the room and they both replied and provided this immediately. One of our friends left her wallet in the room after we checked out, they had security get it immediately and asked if they wanted us to have us shipped home or left at the front for us. The on-site food is phenomenal and if you’re up for drinks and a good time, this is the place to be.
14 Aloft Orlando Downtown

images
I came here for a dance competition and the hospitality was AMAZING. The lady at the front desk’s name was Frankie. She was so kind, fun, welcoming, and was so bubbly and made our stay her top priority. The food and meals were so delicious and I really enjoyed them. They came in these cute cups and the people who made them wrote sweet messages on the top for us. The design of the hotel was so unique and interesting and so enjoyable not to mention the beautiful rooms. The shower water was so nice and warm, and it came fast. I really enjoyed my stay here at Aloft.
15 Loews Royal Pacific Resort

images
LOVED our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also give you a phone number you can text with any questions which was very convenient. The location can't be beat. Plenty of dining options that are actually reasonable prices. And the hotel itself and rooms are gorgeous. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. And I must say I am a fan of the split bathroom layouts at Disney resorts.
16 Marriott Orlando Downtown

images
Nice hotel very large.room was nice and clean.. The In house restaurant not so good ...ace cafe is close though if your hungry go there. No free breakfast...but has a Starbucks and a bar in lobby. Hbomax and show time where free.
17 DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando

images
The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The beds are slightly smaller than queen sized, more like a double bed.
Convenient access to Universal and to restaurants.
We didn't really receive any service, I suppose if we had called down we could have requested more towels or toiletries, we had just enough though.
Front desk staff were friendly.
Tip: there is a FREE shuttle bus to Universal, however, availability for the early times fills up quick. I recommend scheduling a day ahead. Otherwise it is a 20 to 25 minute walk, which is doable, but you'll be walking all day.
18 DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld

images
This hotel was amazing!! had so many amenities. It had a kid area, had Putt-Putt, ping pong, pool table, life-size Checkers and the Saturday night we spent they had a movie under the stars! We love that they were dog friendly and enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning! it was also walking distance from SeaWorld and 10 minutes away from Disney and Universal. It was a perfect location. the staff was incredibly nice, and very accommodating. we asked if we could do a late check-in 30 minutes before we had to check out. And they said that was not a problem and gave it to us without any hassle.
19 DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando Downtown

images
Very nice place. First time here. There's a Starbucks in the lobby. The bar is nice and serves food till 11pm. All empty rooms have a sticker showing it was cleaned. Huge, soft beds. At check in you get a cookie and water. There's a fridge in the room and a makeup mirror in the bathroom along with a coffee maker and hair dryer. Check out my pics and videos for more info.
20 Element Orlando Universal Blvd.

Very clean, modern hotel. My wife and I were very comfortable in the rooms. The kitchenette has everything you need. Pool was great. Location is awesome. The staff were courteous and professional. Even with Covid-19 the hotel was able to provide a nice "bagged" breakfast. Definitely will stay here again!
