My husband and I booked a room in another hotel part of Amadria group - 4 opatijska cvijeta. Unfortunately, they were experiencing technical difficulties and we were quite disapointed. Nevertheless, this is a story how great staff can turn a big NO into a big YES. They immediately arranged a transfer for us to hotel Milenij - a free 5star upgrade and in hotel Milenij we were greeted by Nikolina who showed us everything and made us feel welcome. Personalized message in a beautiful room, calls from Nikolina making sure we had everything was really outstanding. View, breakfast, spa - everything off the charts but most - a big thank you to the staff.
Hotel "4 Opatijska cvijeta" was an excellent choice for our little ' break during the week '. Direct booking with hotel was superb expirience. They were more than flexible and helpful with their suggestions. First when we entered the hotel we smelled the wonderful scent that the whole hotel smells like. Room was newly renovated, spacious and with great view on the sea. Room was very clean and the bed pillows are the best. Our package involved spa zone which was great. The food was delicious, breakfast in hotel and dinner in their restaurant Osteria de Ugo. Above evereything was the hotel service starting from maids, receptionsts, cooks. Daniela at the front desk was especially kind and wonderful, but the whole team greeted us with smiles every time we walked by. It was such a nice experience, we have never had a more pleasant experience with a hotel’s staff. They were friendly, caring and helpful from the moment we said hello to the minute we left. We haven't visited hotel before but we will go there again for sure! Great experience.
Perfect locacion, excellent hotel, perfect service and staff....the food and the presentation is amazing
