The hotel is located in the very center of Opatija, declared as 5 *, but of course, according to our standards spoiled by Turkish hotels, it is a 3 * stretch, not very clean in the room, some where there was dust, furniture is old enough and renovated too, you can refer to the supposedly old atmosphere , but the rugs are clearly from the 80s ... the interior of the restaurant on the 1st floor is decent, tasteful, the main menu is decent, but the prices are high, the breakfasts are good ... but I didn’t have enough hot, such as porridge, all the snacks, sliced cheeses not rich, sausages och salty like ham, not a lot of fruit. You can eat ... but this is 5 * and not a cheap hotel ... pluses: near the sea ... near the center ... and near there is a hotel from their network and there is a spa where we could walk for free, in the rain the most ! But we were not told about this when checking in, it’s good that I broke through it beforehand, otherwise they would have paid 200 kuna a day for sun beds, although they were free next to each other. And yes an important factor: next to the church and the bell beats constantly, there was a feeling that I live and sleep right below him, who wants silence, you are not here! But for us it was a nice addition .. the spirit of such a medieval Europe, went to bed and bang you 5 times with the bell ... forgive all the minuses, beautiful little sea ... and cool there!
