I was there during a conference recently and I have to say that their customer service is amazing. Extremely polite staff, always happy to help, they've had great recommendations regarding restaurants etc. I managed to leave a dress at the hotel after checking out and only realized when I was in my hometown. I called the hotel immediately and a very helpful young gentleman was on it immediately, they found my dress and sent it via post to me.
The room was wonderfully equipped. Two comfortable beds, beautifully decorated bathroom, amazing view from this cute balcony, coffee and tea (which was exactly what I needed!) and a nice, soft bathrobe with comfy slippers.
Oh, I almost forgot... The breakfast buffet is AH-MAH-ZING! Everything from Turkish appetizers, to local prosciutto, eggs however you want them (they make them then and there for you), crepes, pancakes... you name it.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Opatija.
It was amazing, hotel, rooms, service, food, pools and saunas. And the city of Opatija is one of the most beautiful I have ever been. I cant wait to come back!
Me & my girlfriend have really lovely time at the hotel . The staff was very professional, friendly and full of smiles .
The room was cozy and clean with stunning view .
The food in the buffet was large variety of different meals suited for everyone .
About the spa we have also nice relaxing time .

We were in February at the Amadria Park Grand Hotel 4 Opatijska cvijeta. We got the spacious room with the sea view and surprise for the birthday inside the room. We felt welcomed from the very first moment.❤ Excellent service and super friendly but also professional staff, very rich breakfast and dinner buffet, top cleanliness inside and outside of the hotel. Enjoyed at full their spa and pool area. Complimentary lemon-infused water and high-quality tea in the reception and spa area are maybe small but very significant details that we liked a lot. And although there are all necessary anti-covid measures in place, our stay was smooth and above expectation. Exceptional value for money. Will return for sure. Thank you!
My husband and I booked a room in 4 opatijska cvijeta. Unfortunately, they were experiencing big technical difficulties upon our arrival and we were quite disapointed. Nevertheless, this is a story how great staff can turn a big NO into a big YES. They immediately arranged a transfer for us to hotel Milenij - a free 5star upgrade and in hotel Milenij we were greeted by Mrs. Nikolina who showed us everything and made us feel welcome. Everything was organized by Mrs. Dunja from 4 opatijska cvijeta and we feel very thankful for her effort and going the extra mile to help us have a great experience. We will be back in both hotels.
