Stayed at the hotel for 8 days. Everything was superb. The room was clean, bed was comfy, plenty of closets and the bathroom was also nice and clean and it contained everything you need. The breakfast was also good in the restaurant located inside the hotel with a great view. Service was great, everyone was polite, nice and fast to answer any demands. Location was the best part, located at the mouth of Cetina so you have a beautiful view of the sea and even better of the river.

Apartment "Z Omis" is for 2 + 3 persons. A flat overlooking the whole Omiš, the river Cetina and a small part of the sea. The area of 45m2 is perhaps the ideal size of the apartment that would make your vacation an ideal one. The apartment is 200m away from the center of the town and from the sea 300m. There are numerous restaurants, bakeries, shops and lunapark nearby. As a welcoming sign, every family / group will get a little surprise. Wi-Fi and parking place is free.
We spend 4 nights in this wonderfull luxury house. I can say that everything was more than great!! From entrance to the top where is terrace with great jacuzzi and unforgettable views. Everything is top!!! Nice modern and traditional design,3 bedrooms,each with own bathroom,own smart tv,fast internet, netflix,aircondition in whole house,fresh towels,super White linen, all furniture is handmade. I was proud that I can spend 4 days with my family in this super and FAMOUS house. Famous because the owner Bernard won some awards of best acommodation,this house was in Croatia magazines, Elle etc...So I can say it is really top top top !! I can't say that we had something wrong. GO THERE,you can find it in Airbnb for example,like me. And price is not high but you become more than great accomodation.
I must return there in the future!!!
Beach is 3mins by foot,parking not possible,of course, in tiny old town,but not far away. All shops restaurants, all you need is around this house only few steps. Beach is sandy, lot of people but If you go little bit far from the main spot,there will be lesa people,more space around you. Watter is clean,you can find shells,water activities are possible, you order them on the beach. 2 sunbeds for one day cost 80 Kuna. Beach bars, food option,safe place for children,sand,no sharp stones,shallow water...we were surprised.

Everything new, and clean, big screen TV and gaming consoles, choose what you prefer. They own 9 different consoles, PS2, 3, 4, Nintendo WiiU, Wii, Xbox 360, Xbox One S and X. Internet 30Mbit speed. Awesome apartment.
Fantastic hospitality; great owner, spirit of turist, very friendly and modern design of appartement. Hand made garden, each plant and trees growth with owner personal attention. Turtles family leaving in garden is a great surprise, Yes yes yes
Very nice well equipped apartment in the centre of Omis. Shame about the noise and loud music from the cafe bar below! Don't stay in apartment 1 directly above the cafe bar if you value your sleep. Loud music until after 12 midnight and it reopens at precisely 7.10am. They play the radio loud and bang and clatter about etc.
We landed here totally blind. Owner and his daughter are really nice, kind and helpful. We took apartment with lovely sea view (no 2). Beach is about 50m. Nearby area is quiet. Perfect place for rest... could be a little bit of cleaner, but is ok, in norm
This new beautiful hotel is located right on the picturesque beach tinted with cozy green trees. Location is perfect for any traveller - you can spend lazy days on a wonderful beach with an azure water and sun-beds or travel around the country by car. Best staff and service I could ever imagine. Very professional and friendly. We were feeling at home during our stay and staff were our best friends when we needed any help or advice. I definitely recommend the hotel restaurant. Every dish is done great: tasty and beautiful. We tried most of them. Price/value is excellent. Breakfast is nice with the selection of fresh veggies and fruits. The room was modern and clean with a wonderful view. If you come by car - the parking is available. Also, the WiFi is solid - very fast and stable inside the hotel and on the beach. Thank you! We would definitely come again.
Everything was ok. The host willing to help in every situation. Communication in English or Polish The apartment located in a very peaceful and quiet location about 2 km walk from the centre of Omiš. 5 minutes to the beach. Unforgettable views from the apartment.
