Excellent service and bedrooms
Very beautiful room. Excellent location. It's not a normal hotel, since there's no reception. A guy comes to the street and takes you to the building where your room is located. But the room is very nice and he was very friendly! The hairdresser worked perfectly, shower was good and everything very clean. The breakfast is in a Caffe nearby and you can go there with two 5€ tickets (one per person) which pays the coffee and few more. The variety is not its first quality. The reservation said "breakfast included".
Clean new hotel with comfortable bed. The hotel seems recently renovated and has nice design elements. The room was big enough with great view over the square (got the #5). The toiletries smell really nice and the design restroom look fantastic. Just make sure that your roomy knows you well cause the glass door will reveal it anyways. Breakfast service in the room.
Great location. Taxi can get you right to the front door. Very clean. Front desk very helpful with questions you may have. Breakfast was good, though short staffed. Only complaint was the "Spa". The pool/hot tub should be open to all guests for no additional charges. That alone would cause me to go elsewhere. Many good restaurants steps away.
The rooms are neat, relaxing and very clean. The veranda overlooking the Corso is pleasant and welcoming. Recommended!
Comfortable and well maintained room and hotel. Has air con and decent shower. Self service breakfast. Right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants so in a handy location
Very clean! Right in the middle of Olbia - Restaurants, Cafés all very close by. Perfect to take a stroll through the area. The host is super friendly and made a few calls to help us booking a taxi in the middle of the night to the airport. He speaks really good English, which is kind of rare in Sardinia and sometimes a bit hard if you don’t speak Italian :) so thanks again for your help!

Very clean, nice and tidy place. Well equipped. The lady host is very nice and helpful. AC is in the room, fridge and a coffee machine which was very nice :-)

Perfect place for us to spend the first night in Olbia after arriving with an evening flight (and before moving to a more fancy place). Very clean, modern/simple. We paid 67,5€ for a double standard room (4th floor) on a Friday evening in September 2020, with prepaid non-refundable rate and by booking directly on their own website. A special mention to the gentleman at the reception who was both knowledgeable, very clear, and friendly. We also appreciated the various cut pieces of fruits for breakfast
Beautiful little hotel, fabtastic ambiente, rooms and service. Only a few meters from the center of Olbia to get food or go shopping.
Great experience. The value you get for the price is incredible. Thanks to COVID-19 maybe, we had the chance to experience the spa as a private session of 90 min.. the hotel is ideally located, and the staff (especially Gloria, thanks to you) is really helpful and speak either English or French perfectly. Will come back !

The Host was cordial from the first contact by telephone.
He "accompanied" us throughout our stay with his availability.
Upon request, he recommended an excellent restaurant where you can dine, making himself available to make the reservation.
The room we stayed in was clean, well appointed and spacious.
Fast check-in and check-out.
Nice location, good service and good place to stay
Strategic position close to the historic center and the port with large ships. Nice neighborhood with schools and playgrounds convenient parking. Well furnished and clean room. Wonderful shower mini bar provided somewhat low bed. The canopy just outside the window is to be cleaned from cigarette butts. Automated check-in made by phone. recommended

We stayed for 3 nights and the apartment was sparkilng clean, comfortable bed and bathroom, and very near from main attractions. The host is very nice and kind, even they let us leave our luggage in the apartment after check out. I would definitely recommend it.
This hotel is just great. Modern, friendly staff, large rooms. Close to the city center and good breakfast. The only drawback is the lack of a car park. Since the street in front was always packed, we had to leave on a paid parking site.
I love this place, I can feel and express myself like in my own home ❤️ people are very friendly and the place is very worm and clean, extremely recommended for family or couples in love ❤️ much love.
