Reviews from visitors:
Clean new hotel with comfortable bed. The hotel seems recently renovated and has nice design elements. The room was big enough with great view over the square (got the #5). The toiletries smell really nice and the design restroom look fantastic. Just make sure that your roomy knows you well cause the glass door will reveal it anyways. Breakfast service in the room.
Good location, beautiful design, zero comfortable. Elevator that drive so slowly, that you can run the very dangerous stairs 3 time.
Almost no service. When we arrived we had to wait more than 15 minutes until someone show up.
No parking
Very poor breakfast
High standard hotel. Beautiful pool on the rooftop with views all over Olbia. Fantastic room with everything you can wish for. We ordered breakfast at check in and it was served in our room.
AVOID THIS HOTEL; medical emergency and they are totally unequipped and incapable to deal with! My boyfriend required stitches due to a shower door that shattered on top of him due to a fault of the hotel when he was in the shower and we were forced to pay €150 to KKult, they are now avoiding all of my emails and have blocked me on WhatsApp when all I was seeking was an apology.
I have never written a bad review for a hotel but this is unacceptable.
We spent one night in KKult on the 7th of September and it was a disaster from start to finish - and still now an ongoing disaster. We arrived at the given arrival time but were made to wait for half an hour out on the street before a member of staff, Nadia, could let us in to the hotel. We went to the room where we found no AC to be working and a generally unfinished room with still open grouting in the bathroom. The roof terrace was a huge disappointment as the pool was unusable due to a film of bird droppings floating in it and the walls around it and floor also covered in bird poo.
All of the above was forgivable until the final incident. After dinner, we came back to the hotel to shower and sleep and when my boyfriend closed the shower door, the screw holding it into the rail came loose and it shattered on top of him.
I messaged Nadia asking for a first aid kit as I could find NONE in the whole hotel/restaurant (is this not a legal requirement for somewhere that serves food?) but only got a response 20 minutes later. An hour after the incident and after my boyfriends hands had bled through the bath towel, we received a knock on the door where a very rude woman gave us a plastic bag with some plasters and bandages.
The floor was covered in glass, we both had cut our feet but not once did she ask him if he was ok, and not once did she offer to sweep up the glass or ask to help us!? We were obviously both in shock, I was in tears and my boyfriend had blood dripping down his arms. We were left to sleep in a room with glass all over the floor (and even on the bed) without so much as an apology.
Upon check out the next morning, we came down expecting someone to ask if we were ok but instead we were slapped with a €150 bill for the shower door. Nobody had even been to the room to see the damage?! We tried to fight the charges for an hour but it was our first day off of work together in several months and we wanted to just enjoy ourselves and put the awful night behind us so I reluctantly paid.
I have sent several emails to the manager asking to just communicate but have received nothing back. I have sent several WhatsApp messages to Nadia (who appears to be a manager but claims she has a higher boss..) but she has blocked me and I am unable to get hold of anyone at KKult. My boyfriend required medical help on Sunday and received stitches in his hand.
I have never experienced anything similar anywhere before, the total lack of compassion and customer service.
Avoid this hotel at all costs - this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed.
A spectacular site! A modern and friendly hotel to stay in the center of Olbia, with a large bed full of pillows of different hardnesses and a great rain shower. Very nice and very careful everything in the details. Recommended!
