The only thing good in this hotel was the food, if you are lucky to reach the waiter. We have been waiting for half an hour for one meal. In order to avoid all the waiting around, I ordered a salad two hours in advanced, and when I showed up to just pick it up... guess what - the waiter forgot to order it. You think you will get an apology after situation like this, but that was not the case. Furthermore, if you want to get coffee you also have to wait for 15-20 minutes. The waiters are in slow motion! Conclusively, I would not be bothered by the above mentioned stuff, if and only if I have had decent wifi connection, but the internet was off since we arrived and nobody was interested in helping me even if I explained that I work from my phone and I really need the internet. Terrible. Highly NOT recommended.

Overall the hotel has very poor management. The personnel behaves as if there’s no one that supervises their work and gets into arguments with the guests. There is a group of students who work as seasonal waiters whose behavior is horrendous. Sleepy, slow, unprofessional and could not get an order right. In addition, the quality and quantity of the food was different from day to day. On some days we would get half of the salad we had the previous day, one day we’d get full cup of coffee, the next day half a cup of coffee. One evening the hotel ran out of dinner for some guests and one morning they ran out of yogurt. The rooms are dirty, the bedding is old, the pillows are yellow and decomposed, the bath smells of damp. The rooms and balconies are full of cobwebs, spiders and there’s a pile of dust under the bed. On the 5th day we asked for our rooms to be cleaned, the cleaners only replaced the towels. One of the pool stairs is wobbly, waiting for the lucky guest to fully detach it. There are not enough sun beds around the pool. People line up and once the pool is open they run to reserve a bed. Don’t expect any pleasantries from reception but a pinch of arrogance. The highlight is the toilet seat in room 305 which is put on a pedestal! Towards the end of our stay we could hear more and more guests complaining or giving remarks and just started laughing about the whole situation just not to ruin our holiday. Other than that, the hotel is on a good location with an easy access to the lake. The pool is convenient and has beautiful flowers around it. With a proper management and some tlc from the employees the hotel has a potential.

Excellent food, sparkly clean, good service, good pool, great view from the rooms.

Very friendly waters and staff. If possible they will help you. Very good pool with lots of relaxing chairs. Diners good and cheap 8 euro. Dont expect a expensive chefs diner. Good food and choices between 2 dishes
