Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. Staff are fabulous and very helpful. My girlfriend and I received a free upgrade to the Oriental style room on arrival, which was extremely well furnished and ornate. Bathroom was spotless and large. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, with plenty of freshly made options to order. We loved our stay here and will be back again!
Nice Hotel and good stuff. And the breakfast was good comparing to the number of guests.
I have only noticed two things which i think the Hotel should improve considering they are 5 stars.
There was no electric water boiler in the room and i needed one since i was with my 1 year old son and we have to make milk for him, specially during the night, however the stuff were helpful and they asked me to call them anytime for boiled water. And after i call they will come within 5 minutes. But i think it will be much easier to have electric water boiler.
Second point, drinking water, it was complementary in the first night only and after that you have to pay. I think the managment have to review this policy.
However, i really recommend this Hotel in Odessa.
Simply and amazing place to stay. Extremely helpful staff, beautiful rooms. Super nice view of the black sea. Restaurant serves delicious food. What else could one ask for?
