If you would like to spend time with your family and friends, so this is an excellent place. You will definitely enjoy the amazing show with dolphins and seals. If you want, you can take photos and swim with dolphins as well. There are nice cafes, where you can stay before or after the show. The beautiful sea view and delicious food, the nice and relaxing atmosphere of entire place - all these together will give you the best experience. Come, enjoy and create great memories.
Overall experience was bad, from service to accommodations to food quality. Americans need to do research prior to booking with them. They try from all aspects to copy American style resorts but they missed the mark by a lot. The Russian culture hasn't caught up to modern times for 5 star resorts which this one claims to be, but is far from.
The stay is nice for a couple on holiday weekend. A little bit too pricey for what we saw. Was disappointed that there was a lot of snow on terrace furniture. Great and helpful staff, nice breakfast.

Olga did a great job providing me with a excellent stay and met my customer service expectations. Also hotel has great facilities but no luxury experience.
