Im not objective, but for me living here almost 2 months was really comfortable, discount for long stay, enjoyable, like Coco Chanel living forever in the Ritz Hotel ;)
Very nice compact hotel at city center. Quite place, modern and clean rooms. Thin walls, you have a chance to hear your neighbors. Breakfast included, but you will need to select items (like pre-order, post pandemic ways )

Everything was great, room, service and kitchen was exceptional, the only issue was the Heineken draft we had with dinner spoiled or expired, absolutely foul..
Edit: 2 years later, this place is still the best and apparently the beer is like this because it’s not in the green bottle.
Lovely place in the center of Odessa. 20 mins by foot to Arcadia beach, 10 mins to Deribasovska street. Breakfast was served to the room in time. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, bathrobe and slippers are also present. There are vine and glasses at the minibar. Only thing to improve is the cleaning of the balcony.
