Wow! Everything was so great: breakfast, room, location, etc.! Thanks a lot for the service! The only disappointment was the towel warmer which was not working and it was a problem as there was no place to dry the swimming suits. Nevertheless, the staff was so friendly and helpful that we didn't pay attention to that inconvenience. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all the tourists. 10 out of 10.
I had a great experience staying at Mr. Grey Boutique hotel with extremely good service provided Elena from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I would 100% recommend staying here when visiting Odessa as the location is also ideal, close to the beach & the city centre. I will be visiting here again!

No doubt, one of the best places to stay in Odesa. Fantastic location, just next to Potemkinst stairs and fantastic view on the harbor. Close to Deribasovskaya street. Fitness center, good breakfast and big and clean rooms. High quality service, you can park your car just next to the entrance.
In general it is good, clean and modern, good soundproofing and bathroom, new furniture, perfect service and area. I had cozy but small room and without table, so hard to work; if you connect 2 beds, you won't get 1 kingsize or just big bed, only discomfort.

The rooms and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, warm, quiet and beautifully designed. Wifi and TV works perfectly.
The hotel is very near to everywhere. I saw many nice places within walking distance. Transportation is very easy. The lines are already in front of and near the hotel. Very simple to go to the city center.
Do not need to look for another hotel. This hotel, not like as boutique hotel. I think of for this hotel as like big five-star hotel.

the good thing: it's new. the bad thing: it's new. team needs much more guidance and training than it has now. still the experience is great. rooms cool standard. when you smile at staff, they smile back. but most of them don't smile first don't make them book your limousine for airport pickup. horrible experience. better get your own driver at the airport. you can't do worse but at least cheaper.
If you would like to spend time with your family and friends, so this is an excellent place. You will definitely enjoy the amazing show with dolphins and seals. If you want, you can take photos and swim with dolphins as well. There are nice cafes, where you can stay before or after the show. The beautiful sea view and delicious food, the nice and relaxing atmosphere of entire place - all these together will give you the best experience. Come, enjoy and create great memories.

Im not objective, but for me living here almost 2 months was really comfortable, discount for long stay, enjoyable, like Coco Chanel living forever in the Ritz Hotel ;)

So comfortable. The staff is very accomodating. I'd give it 5 stars if there weren't a few things missing but overall I'm very satisfied with the service provided.
