Family run business. No handicap access. No elevators. Old world charm. Great place to stay. Our suite had a kitchen. Staff is amazing! Would definitely recommend and would love to revisit in the future
Awesome! Wonderful decor. Very clean. The Ocean suite was magnificent. Friendly owners and caretakers. Delicious homemade breakfast. Feet away from the beach. Very relaxing get away. Highly recommend for a great vacation.
Excellent customer service Ashley and Penny treat the guest with respect and also best view of the beach even if you don’t have a beach front room you still will have a good experience excellent housekeeping and the manager Todd is very great.
Horrible! First of all, a bed they’ve put in the hall they called bedroom #1. All of the sheets were dirty from the previous guests. No one even bothered to change them and they looked like they haven’t been changed for a while. Instead of the fire alarm the was a wire hanging from the selling. The balcony was full of cigarette butts. I was shocked so were people I’ve invited to this trip. All of them took a bunch of pictures. I was devastated. I tried to ask the staff to clean up, they were incredibly rude, told me to point exactly the spot I want to be cleaned. I was speechless! How about the whole apartment? They told all 10 people I brought that they can turn around and go look for anything else...
Booked a 3 bedroom ocean front apartment. Dealt with Angelo he was very accommodating. Check in wasn’t till 3, he let me park my car 2 hours early and go hangout at the beach till the room was ready. The room was very clean, view was amazing, and had a great location. Nock apartments is going to become a yearly tradition in my family! Would recommend to anyone!
This hotel is just what the city needs! A perfect, quiet, comfortable, clean, family friendly hotel. This hotel is small and well cared for. You can tell the owners take great pride in their hotel; this can be seen through the hotel and in the owners themselves.
The hotel was very clean. The rooms were a great size, and had everything we needed! There was no elevator but the stairs were easy to navigate, and our large family (with little ones) had no issues.
We can’t wait to come back!
This was an amazing place to stay and right on the boardwalk, next to everything but far enough from the hustle of the amusement area that you can find a beach spot more easily, New area that allows you to sit and the views are so terrific! Will come back every year!
I stay at this hotel often. Art and the staff are very friendly and accommodating every time I am there. Rooms are always clean. You couldn't ask for better service, or a better location. Right on the boardwalk and the prices are very reasonable. I never stay anywhere else
We were there during Spring Break, and there were a lot of children. It was really wonderful to see the pool open and the parents .
The room had Everything we could have needed and, they had Pizza Delivery!

Was very nice.I would actually stay there again. A block from beach an all the restaurants an shops, Beaches were beautiful, Nice big pool.. Rooms an at kinda small, no closet .. Also had to check in at there sister hotel across the street..
Beautiful view of the ocean. Loved sitting on the front porch which was lined with rocking chairs, enjoying the breathtaking view of the ocean. Rooms are on the smaller size but clean. View from windows are nice. Pool was clean and well kept. Staff was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.
From the first moment we arrived, when we were greeted in the lobby by the nicest man ever to check us in, I knew it was going to be a good stay. I don't know what his name is, but he was just SO nice. He smiled; he was talkative and gracious, and he just made us feel so welcome. The room was great, with a view of the ocean. The bathroom was very clean. All-in-all, it was a great stay!
Nice Hotel with a cozy indoor pool. Room was clean and in good order and all staff we ran into were helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Location was great and if you come to Ocean City and want to fish they are just a 2 block walk from a fishing pier that you can fish on without needing a license and it is free. Grab an go breakfast was good with hot tea and coffee they also had sausage and egg biscuits,yogurt and cereal plus a good selection of juices. I will stay here again when in town.
My wife and I have been staying there since 1993 the owner and staff have always been very polite and helpful and only stay at breakers

Had a great Thurs-Sun stay here recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful here. We stayed in an oceanfront room on the 3rd floor and the room was spacious with a mini fridge, HDTV w/ great selection of channels, large couch, and very roomy balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Beds were also very comfortable and bathroom modern and clean. The location of the hotel is prime too as there is a lot nearby and because the hotel sits right on the boardwalk, so much is within walking distance. Only downside I would point out is parking is very limited, but I wouldn't let that dissuade you from staying. If you're coming here prior to Memorial Day, be aware that many local restaurants and bars close VERY early (9pm in late March), with a progression to later times leading up to Memorial Day weekend.
Booked my vacation for August 2021 for holiday Inn ocean city maryland and was told it was pay at hotel...only to have them trying to charge my credit card.
Thankfully now the manager was able to sort that out. Thanks Holiday Inn...see you August.
Loved this hotel we stayed here 3 nights. The room is large with a little kitchen, and decent view from the balcony which was decent size. Location is great about one minute walking to the ocean and the boardwalk. Swimming pool was clean and warm. Ladies at the front desk was professional. Manager of the hotel was so sweet I asked her about some good seafood places and she spent 15 minutes writing and directing me. I appreciate my stay and look forward for another chance to be there.
