Front desk was very kind. However I booked a room using DayUse.com and was told by another front desk staff that my room would have a separate bedroom divided by a door. I called a week in advance to be sure. Upon arrival I was told no. Dan tried to help me by getting me a room but still didn't do much with the price for the error on the hotels end. So I paid an extra $100 for my room.
The bedroom door didn't lock and when I called front desk the phone wasn't answered.
Hotel had nice colors and was modernly comfortable. All in all would stay again but only if nothing else is available.
Clean and luxurious rooms with good prices. Look like a mini apartment. Definitely will stay at Homes2Suites where ever we go.
Nice clean room. Slept comfortably each night. My only complaint is there could have been a bigger pot for cooking and/or a hot plate that can use any pots. My personal pot didnt work on their burner.
Staying here for a week. Wanted to get away for awhile. Great hotel and great staff. Nice view on the bay. Very clean and modern. Nice to have a hotel that accepts dogs. Will definitely stay here again and mention this hotel to our family and friends.
Room was clean and comfy but the walls are paper thin. You can hear the room next to you shower and roll up their blinds loud and clear. You can also hear them and people in the hallway talking. There was stomping above us as well. Overall, I’d say to have your tv blasting to drain some of this out.
