The best Hotel to stay at in Ocean City Maryland. Love it! Oceanfront, great rates, and no hassle booking.
Arrived on 9/6/20 and this was our first time staying here. The front desk staff were very friendly. We stayed in a Oceanfront 1BR suite in Castle North. Was a large suite and we had plenty of room. We reserved for 5 nights but on the 2nd day, we had a very unexpected death in our intermediate family and we had to check out early. There was a young gentleman working in the office when we checked out and he felt very bad about our situation and gave us the business card of the manager. We weren’t expecting anything in return but thought we would email the manager. The awesome manager sent a reply right back and gave us a credit for the days we loss! We weren’t expecting that! We did get one night in at Coconuts. Food/drinks and music were great! Thank you so much to the manager and the staff for their condolences. We will see you again in 2021.
If you want a clean and sanitized room, good quality/TRUTHFUL customer service, And a great week in ocean city MD, this is defiantly not the place. Stayed there in July, had written a review prior to this one and also similar to this one, which I had taken down because manager Adam had called me and apologized for “letting me down”. In return, he said to me that he will be refunding my stay due to the cleanliness of the room, due to the fact that I was one of many that had complained.. I agreed to terms. I still have not received this transaction.. called and even reached out myself a few times and could not reach ADAM the manager 284 dollars is not a huge deal to me.. but Lying is a whole different ball game.. especially from a managers prospective. It has been a few months and still their promise has not pulled through on their end.. provided more than enough time I’d say. This is absolutely ridiculous that I have to be the “bad guy” and write this... but AGAIN I don’t want someone else to go through the same experience my fiancé and I had encountered
