The management company should be making sure that things are in working order, especially for their huge fees added onto the cost of staying here. Each time we've rented here something with the building (not the individual condos) is broken/out of order.
Loved the location - being able to walk down to the boardwalk every night & view the Ferris Wheels, ocean & bay from our porch was unbeatable. We stayed in unit 610 & thankful it was clean & nice after reading not so great reviews on other units. Only reason I took off 1 star was in Master Bath the shower door was obnoxiously close to main door & had some close encounters there. Also, check out time at 9am is unheard of, we travel often and that’s not industry standard. Otherwise, would come back to 610 for sure
Location was phenomenal! The condo size was fantastic with three bedrooms, three baths, living room, dining area and kitchen. It's not handicap accommodating though. The building elevator was sufficient for wheelchairs but not the easiest for scooters. The doors were broken on the first level so it required some careful mapping out of the building to use the electric scooter. The condos are privately owned so you could be renting from various sources. The unit we had was through vanguard and there was a mix up on the email notification that would have helped upon arrival. The unit was not clean. There was definitely a breakdown on the fact. The blind was broken. The dishwasher was broken. The ice maker was broken. The amenities of the building were lacking. No gym. No pool. It's not inexpensive to stay here so it shouldn't have to be a thorn to find inconveniences. Oh daily other residents/vacation renters broke rules. Patio flooding from floors above, smoking, vaping, marijuana smoke created non use of the balcony. No one there to address these concerns. No concierge. The decor was nice but not high end. The balcony needed an upgrade on the furniture.

Its a beautiful building with great views. Extremely furnished and was a home away from home and had great ocean views from every room. Its worth spending your money here.
