It was my first visit to Ocean City
Md. Very very nice hotel. I'm so glad we picked Aloft hotel. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable and the view of the bay from the balcony is breathtaking .I am planning another trip there.. This time I'm talking my kid so they can experience the beautiful Aloft hotel and the fun things to do in Ocean City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff at the front desk was very nice and professional. I'm definitely going back and Aloft is my first and only choice .
Hotel was great, nice and clean. The view from our balcony was the best!! Loved our room!!!..the lounge was awesome and the staff was very nice...the only problem i have is there was a dog barking for almost 2 hours...we paid decent money for our room and it was a little upsetting to hear a dog barking and howling! We were in the lounge and there was a dog there, begging and he kept putting his feet up on the bar stool..just not cool in my opinion. I disagree with the policy of dogs allowed in hotels and they should enforce guidelines, like not leaving your dog in a hotel room for 2 hours by itself.
Dog owners need to keep other guests in mind and so does the hotel.. I mean this isn’t your house! just because you think your dog is a part of your family doesn’t mind that everyone else thinks that too...and another thing i wasn’t a fan of....no continental breakfast. Not even coffee..You could pay for your breakfast of course but it’s really expensive.. ridiculously expensive....That said, it’s not a bad hotel and it’s a great location... I’d consider coming back if it weren’t for the dogs allowed policy...
Went here for an anniversary get away. The hotel had a domestic violence situation that they failed to act on quickly. Which resulted in me checking out after hearing the war that was happening in the hallway. The hotel gave me my money back for the room, but wasn't willing to compensate for the time lost the babysitter payed or having to drive home at 12 am. After contacting Marriott they informed me that that's all they could do. Laughable I though they would at least try to give me a discount on my next visit or something... Nice hotel overall, Clean for the most part, The lobby can get a little crowed from the bar and parking can be iffy. But up until the end my stay here was a decent one. But after my experience, and Chat the GM and Marriott I wont be staying here again. I want to spend my money with a company who puts the customer first, not themselves. There lack of taking responsibility for what happened in there hotel made me uneasy about ever going back. Hope you have a better stay than I did! Godbless!
Excellent hotel, amazing service, very friendly staff. Has a modern design with quality feel. A great reasonably priced bar in the lobby with other good amenities. 10/10 recommend.
Great hotel with wonderful sunset views. Very dog friendly. Our Aussie loves staying here, and they have a bowl with biscuits in the lobby.
