Great experience, nice atmosphere! Had a wonderful time just didn't have access to the pool and jacuzzi. Alarm went off at 4am and had to walk down 20 flights. But other than that we had a good time
Be sure to check which view you want. This location has very thing you need. Beach access, ice ring, indoor/outdoor pools sauna, hot tub, food and bar. Kid friendly and right near everything.
Unit was comfortable for five adults. Could use a little updating. The ocean and bay views were spectacular, and to be able to just sit back in your own private balconies and take in was memorable. The staff were incredibly nice and I appreciate the care that was given to us in regards to my daughters food allergies when ordering food. I would also like to thank the staff for using precautions to be safe and ensuring to the best of their abilities that their guest were as well during this pandemic. More signage at and in the elevators could be helpful.
*My mom's old boss recommended this place to us* Went here with my sisters, mom, and grandma and loved it. The entrance was grand, we loved the ice shows and the exit to the beach. Recommend this hotel!
3 day get away for me & hubby.. Right on the beach..our room was right above the pool..my only complaint was the AC..set it at 65 (just too cool it off upon arrival)because it was soo hot but it never went below 72 & that was after 2 days.. it only stayed at 72 for maybe an hr.. they really need to do something about that.. it was miserable to go out in the heat & come back to a hot room.. thankfully it was cool enough for us to sleep at night.. drinks at Tsunami were great..Very big room for 2 ppl.. it was a great stay & trip..
