Beautiful condo with awesome ocean views.
We stayed in 403 and it was amazing! Very spacious and beautiful views. Perfect for families. Had a mix up with the room not being cleaned yet but as soon as we called they apoglozied sincerely and they were there to clean within a half hour and did a great job! Definitely want to stay again next year!
The 302 unit is in great need of an upgrade. The location is very good but the unit is not clean and needs new furniture throughout as well as a master bathroom makeover. Called rental company with little satisfaction. They blamed it on the owner. Had to buy our own sweeper to keep up with the sand during the week since the units' vacuum would not work. WiFi went down for two days. Just an overall bad unit. Other units in this building look very nice so hopefully this owner spends the necessary investment that other owners in this building have clearly spent.
Stayed in unit 301. What a great place! Super clean. The best view of the Beach and boardwalk in town. I cannot wait to visit again.
