Hotel called last minute the day before our reservation to tell us renovations forced us to change dates. When we did arrive, the “newly renovated” room had an old donut behind the sofa, phone charger, Cheerios under the bed, paper cup under the curtain. So much for cleanliness. The renovations looked invisible and the aesthetic was bare bones basics. The refrigerator pulled out on its wheels every time you opened the fridge door. Nice balcony and ocean view despite the trashy room and Walmart decor. Also, watch out for the oddly placed door stopper that is poking up from the floor unexpectedly in front of the mirror/ closet! I ended up with a broken toe and landed on my side. Enjoy your stay here but you might enjoy going home even more.
Booked my vacation for August 2021 for holiday Inn ocean city maryland and was told it was pay at hotel...only to have them trying to charge my credit card.
Thankfully now the manager was able to sort that out. Thanks Holiday Inn...see you August.
I just loved my time at this property. Very nice suite with a jacuzzi and rain type shower. Full kitchen with terrific amenities and the balcony with view of the ocean was so off the charts wonderful. The restaurant in the motel was very good as well.
Great suite with a great oceanfront view. I would have given Five Stars but the return vent is dirty, the lamp shade is ragged, three draw dresser was not clean behind, found an old pass key from the last guest and the balcony had old cigarette butts on it. It's the small things that we as guest notice about our stay at any hotel. Hopefully this will help you and your staff to best serve your customers. Thank you for understanding.
Rooms are renovated. Best stay we've had for our annual Ocean City spring golf vacation.
