Be warned about parking. We got in late. I called the hotel the day before to let them know. We pulled up to the front of the hotel at 2:30 am and I immediately noticed that there were no spaces in the small lot In front...the only lot. I asked about parking and was told that I'd have to park in a lot a block down the street on the other side of the road. And no one mentioned that there is a huge white fence dividing the street so you can't just walk across the street. I had to walk all the way down the long block, practically in the road, turn around at the intersection and backtrack up a block. By myself. At 2:30 AM. If I had known this I would have booked a hotel with better and safer parking. Completely unsafe to ask guests to do that. it should have been mentioned on the phone when I called. If you know you don’t have any parking in a safe location, you need to be transparent about it. I was livid.
Awesome stay. When we arrived the young lady behind the counter asked the reason for the stay. We said it was our anniversary. Hr later a bag of goodies arrived at the room which included a anniversary card. Very personal and a surprise. I wish I would've gotten her name. Hampton always a nice clean,professional place to stay.
The place is super clean. The guy that took the reservation (I wish I got his name) needs a raise bc he is definitely a seller. The room was a little on the small side but ok for what we needed for a long weekend. Fitness room and pool area, small shop, and free breakfast. The TVs are good quality and the beds and pillows seem good (right now). Very big bathroom.
I love this hotel beautiful view and nice employees love my room. I give it 5 starts. Love you guys at Hilton hotel
Clean, close to everything... the room was on the small side, furniture needs to be upgraded, but still pretty good
