By far my worst stay yet. When I got to the reception desk I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to get there after I called and said I would be there in under a minute. After beginning check in, there was no file under my name so I got placed in a room that was too small and no upstairs balcony like I had requested. Nearing the end of the check in, Angelo tacked in an extra $120 because my house mates were “too old” even though it hadn’t said anywhere on the website. Upon entering the room, there were fire ants everywhere, from the kitchen to the living room and the downstairs bathroom door didn’t even have a latch on it. After my stay was over, we made sure to clean up the room how he had asked and made sure everything was put back how we found it. After our stay I noticed I hadn’t gotten back the $300 security deposit so I called him to get it figured out. After calling three more times and waiting more than three months for my security deposit, I still do not have it and am fighting to get it back. According to him “your $300 does not matter to him and he doesn’t care whether you have $300 or not. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Booked a 3 bedroom ocean front apartment. Dealt with Angelo he was very accommodating. Check in wasn’t till 3, he let me park my car 2 hours early and go hangout at the beach till the room was ready. The room was very clean, view was amazing, and had a great location. Nock apartments is going to become a yearly tradition in my family! Would recommend to anyone!
The management/owners are so nice, understanding, and accommodating. Price is very reasonable in comparison to other places down here. They helped us when we unexpectedly had to upgrade without hesitation and minimum charge. The apartment was clean, had much more room then i expected. This was our experience. I would highly recommend nock apartments to anyone who is planning a trip down here in Ocean City. Also it is a pet friendly place as well. I couldn't have been more satisfied with our stay. We willl be booking/staying here again for sure. Thank you Nock Apartments for all you do. It is much appreciated. You guys are awesome!! See you again soon.
If you are looking for a good place to stay during your vacations, REALLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH (less than 3 minutes walking) , friendly owners, CLEAN APARTMENTS and bedrooms THIS IS THE PLACE! Also they have EXCELLENT PRICES! We were happy to stay here. They have kitchen, porch, parking and you can ask them for more information. I’ll be back definitely.
We stay there every time that we go down for the hot rods, and the place is big have our own porch, on the end unit. Prices are great you can bring all your stuff and eat there in the kitchen and you have a nice table to sit and play cards. The rooms are awesome. the owner is awesome I just love him he knows us every time we come down there very friendly tomorrow we're going to pick. Great place to stay it should be five stars the owners are great will listen to you and get you what you need great place to stay.
