I will give this hotel a negative 1. Don’t stay here. They were so rude when I found a live bed bug. I always check the room before I bring in my luggage. They did try to give us another room but were careless about the Bed Bug. The rooms were tiny, the pillows were so old and worn out, could get better pillows from the dollar store. There was black hair all over our bed and pillows in our “clean” room. Parking was free but weird, had to park in an ally. Better hotel 2 miles up the road and brand new. I’m a certified pest control tech and I don’t approve this hotel for cleanliness.
Excellent customer service Ashley and Penny treat the guest with respect and also best view of the beach even if you don’t have a beach front room you still will have a good experience excellent housekeeping and the manager Todd is very great.
The view was awesome and location great but that's it. The room was dirty,. The toilet seat didn't fit. Heat didn't work. Hotel manager was rude and dismissive. Will not stay again
Nice place location is great ....parking not so good bathtub was clogged other that that great place
