I have a lot of complaints as far as the room goes. The room was not clean. I brought lysol wipes considering the time now a days with Corona so I can be safe and not sorry. You never know. Everything else about our stay was great. Please, if you want happy people, clean your rooms better. I have a list I made out to help them improve the stay just by changing a fee things. One more thing, if you're noise sensitive, don't stay right next to the elevator, it make too much noise. Take a sound machine to drown out noise
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Not worth the price AT ALL. Even in off season we paid over $80 a night for this!! See pictures attached. Also the indoor advertised heated pool was cold and did not seem cleaned at all. The hot tub had a dirty garden hose running from a deep sink into the hot tub area with the hot water valve fully open pumping hot sink water into the hot tub. That is how they were keeping it heated. Let these pictures of the room do the rest of the talking.
Nice rooms and great view, will return here in the future. Only a few minute drive to the boardwalk.
Hotel staff is helpful and friendly, but the infrastructure really needs a face lift. Room bathrooms are old, basic wear and tear clearly visible
Staff is excellent and they have a nice family atmosphere. As other reviews have mentioned, the hotel needs an update but overall it is good. The location is fantastic if you don't want to be on the boardwalk and the beach access is excellent. Free ice skating show was a nice touch. We enjoyed the indoor pool very much, and they even had 'mermaids' one day. If you have kids this is a great place to stay.
