Staff had no personality, walked up to our room and there was a bucket of dirty mop water infront of our door we had to step over, Flys in the room and no toilet paper in the room AT ALL, we were told no refunds then when we said we weren't staying there and found somewhere else to stay we were told we should be refunded the money? it was super sketchy and it is not worth the money! Maybe 50$ at most
Stayed after peak season ended on Labor Day. Perfect for what we wanted to spend. Clean, non-smoking. Room cleaned every day. Comfortable and cozy. Manager was very polite and friendly. Would stay there again without hesitation.
Perfect so far as location. One block off the boardwalk and priced reasonably for the season, on the third row. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping is good. It's safe to leave things in your room. Cooled by window unit. Water pressure is fair (not their fault). They only provide soap. They do not even sell shampoo, toothbrushes, razors, or toothpaste at the front desk. The coke machine vends Soda that feels like it was sitting outside the Alamo in July. Overall, as a place to sleep, it is better than passable.
Is it the Hyatt? No. Did we over pay? No. The room we had was meh, but it was a place to sleep and, well, you know It's a quaint little place that is very convenient to the beach. We enjoyed the staff and service. If you get a good price here I would recommend it. Parking is ample, of the 8 spots in the back of the House are full, there is plenty of parking 2 blocks south at the comfort inn lot which you will get a hang tag for
Super clean. Affordable. Great staff. Easy to book. And across from the board walk, and near all the food spots . 24 hour pizzeria right around the corner . Great porch to sit on ! It's really comfy here
