Nice and clean. Well equipped. My only complaint is that the pool closed on Tuesday 9/8/20. Would’ve been nice to know this when booking. Totally feel it could’ve stayed open the week.
We have been owners for 3 years and have no complaints.The 4th floor is the best.You cannot beat it anywhere else.The fees seem high for 13 weeks but the fee covers everything including utilities, taxes ,wi fi,water,insurance,cleaning,maintenance,and replacing anything that needs replacing.
Fantastic location, located oceanside, block from beach. Beautiful sunset views front balcony, view of the bay. Walk across street for Food Lion, CVS, Seafood etc., Dumsers, McDonalds, Candy Kitchen and more across street! Great pool area, under cover parking. Cozy rooms, TV in each bedroom, living room. Fully equipped, just bring yourself and enjoy the beach!!

On the good side, well stocked.
Front desk friendly. We've not had problems, so need for them to solve anything, but because of the young woman who signed us in, I know they would resolve.
The rooms, very comfortable. Looks clean. Kitchen and baths, lots of what you need in both. We're told, if we run out, just let them know.
You feel more that you are visiting a lovely, friendly neighbor whose house is a little bit in need of new walks and an upgrade.
However, we liked and are comfortable.
Plenty of closet space and storage areas.
Parking could be tight in season. Large vans could be tight.
